This blog started life in 2007 as our Chairman’s Blog (Bob’s Blog) to chart a journal of his trek to the summit of Mount Kenya to raise money for Vision Africa.  A trek which was incredibly sucessfull in achieving it’s objectives and was great fun to participate in.  All the history of the trek is still buried in the blog archive if you want to take a peek – starting in June 2007.

Since the conclusion of the trek Bob has kept the blog going with occasional thoughts and updates about issues concerning him as Chairman of the charity which we hope you find interesting.  Now with the migration of the blog from the Blogger platform to our own server we have opened the blog up to other members of Vision Africa staff to bring you more diversity of thought and, hopefully, more frequent postings.
